Half of small businesses have a cyber incident every year, according to the National Cyber Security Centre. Most start with an email or a computer that missed its updates. We protect every laptop, PC and inbox, keep them up to date, and act when something gets through.
Alerts come to us, so nobody in your office has to spot the warning or work out what to do about it.

Very few attacks on a small business are clever. They use the same few ways in.
A convincing email asks someone to open an attachment, follow a link or sign in on a page that only looks real.
Software that misses its updates leaves known holes open, and harmful software uses them to get in.
A password that is reused or guessed lets someone into email and files as if they were that person.
Each layer closes one of those ways in, and we look after all of them for you.
Every laptop and PC is watched for signs of an attack, not only for known viruses. Ransomware and other harmful software is stopped, and a computer under attack can be cut off from the network while we deal with it.
Links and attachments are opened somewhere safe first, and a link is checked again when someone clicks it, so a page that turns harmful after the email arrives is still caught.
Windows updates, and updates for everyday software such as PDF readers and video calling apps, are applied and checked on every computer, so known holes are closed.
Drives are encrypted with the encryption built into Windows and macOS, and we hold the recovery keys, so a lost or stolen laptop does not give up your files.
Multi-factor authentication for everyone, and admin accounts kept apart from everyday ones, set up as part of your Microsoft 365.
Short training and practice phishing emails show your staff what a real attack looks like, and show you who might need a little more help.
If files in OneDrive or SharePoint are deleted or encrypted, we bring them back from the backup we keep outside Microsoft 365.
The alert comes to us. We cut the affected computer off from the network if it needs it, deal with what got in, and put back anything that was damaged from backup.
Security, backup and email protection can be added, priced per device or per user. Ask us for the price for your business.
See support plansTell us how many people and computers you have, and we will set the protection up and check it is working.
