These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by COR Solutions Services Ltd, Company Number 15027891, registered at 52 Walsworth Rd, Hitchin, SG4 9SX ("we", "us", "our").
We provide the following IT support services:
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Specific services may be subject to additional service level agreements (SLAs) which will be provided separately.
4.1 Pricing: All prices quoted are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Late Payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
5.1 Response Times: We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 hour during business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM).
5.2 Best Efforts: We provide services on a "best efforts" basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly agreed in a separate SLA.

8.1 Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profits, business, or data.
All intellectual property rights in any software, documentation, or methodologies we create or provide remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
