How a migration runs
We use Microsoft’s and Google’s own migration tools, which move people in batches, so one team can go at a time if that suits you better.
We plan it
Who is moving, how much mail and how many files there are, which licences each person needs, and anything that only lives in one person’s account.
We set up the new system first
Domain, security, mailboxes and sharing are configured before anyone moves, the same way we set up any new Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace business.
We copy everything across in the background
Mail, calendars, contacts and files are copied while your team carries on in the old system as normal.
We switch over
Your domain’s email is pointed at the new system, and a final copy picks up anything that arrived in the meantime.
We get everyone going
Help signing in, phones and laptops set up, and someone to ask in the first days on the new system.
